Best DPDP Compliance Platforms in India (2026): 14 Compared
There is no single best DPDP platform: Indian-built full suites (Complynz, Privy by IDfy, Perfios, miniOrange, KavachOne, Seqrite) suit end-to-end DPDP programmes, consent specialists (Digio, Leegality, CookieYes, Usercentrics) suit consent-only needs, and global suites (OneTrust, Securiti, TrustArc, BigID) suit multinationals. Complynz publishes this guide and lists itself first for that reason.
Last reviewed: . Complynz publishes this guide and lists itself among the vendors, so read it as a vendor's view. Vendor facts come from each vendor's own public pages, linked below with the date we checked.
This guide compares 14 platforms using what each vendor says on its own public pages, with a source link and the date we checked on every profile. It covers consent and cookie management, personal-data discovery, Data Principal requests, breach handling, deployment and whether pricing is published.
We sell Complynz, so read this as a vendor's view rather than independent research. We say where Complynz is not the best fit, and where something could not be confirmed we say so instead of guessing.
For module-by-module detail see the platform comparison hub, Complynz vs OneTrust and vs Securiti, and the 2026 vendor whitepaper.
How to Run a DPDP Platform Evaluation
- Scope the obligations first — List which DPDP duties you must evidence: consent, notice, Data Principal requests, breach, retention and processors.
- Map your data and systems — Know where personal data sits, so you can test discovery and consent enforcement against real systems.
- Shortlist by fit, not by brand — Match vendors to size, sector, deployment needs and whether you need consent only or a full programme.
- Run a proof of concept on your data — Test Indian languages, withdrawal, request handling and one real breach scenario.
- Check the evidence trail — Confirm every action produces a timestamped record an auditor or the Data Protection Board could read.
- Get pricing and exit terms in writing — Ask for a quote, data export format and termination terms before you sign.
How we chose and compared these vendors
We included vendors whose own public pages describe DPDP-relevant capabilities: consent and cookie management, personal-data discovery, Data Principal request handling, breach or incident management, or a broader DPDP suite. That gives 14 platforms, including ours.
Every vendor fact below comes from that vendor's own public pages, linked on each profile with the date we read them. We did not test the products, request quotes or use review sites. A vendor may do more than its public pages say, so "not stated" means we did not find it, not that the product lacks it.
We publish this guide and sell a competing product. Complynz is listed first for that reason and the other vendors follow alphabetically. This is not a ranking, and no vendor paid to appear.
- Consent and cookies — purpose-based consent, withdrawal, immutable records and Indian-language notices.
- Data discovery and mapping — finding personal data and maintaining a record of processing.
- Data Principal requests and grievances — intake, deadlines and evidence.
- Breach and incident handling — workflows that support notifying the Board and affected individuals.
- Deployment and integrations — SaaS versus on-premises, APIs and SDKs.
- Pricing transparency — whether a list price is published.

What to check before you choose
- ☐ Does it handle the DPDP obligations you actually have, or is it a GDPR or cookie tool with a DPDP page added?
- ☐ Are notices and consent available in the Indian languages your users read?
- ☐ Can a Data Principal withdraw consent as easily as they gave it, and does withdrawal reach your downstream systems?
- ☐ Does every consent, request and incident produce a timestamped record you could show an auditor or the Board?
- ☐ Can you deploy where you need to (SaaS, private cloud or on-premises) and integrate with your CRM, lending or ERP systems?
- ☐ Is pricing published, or do you need a quote before you can compare? Ask what it scales with: visitors, users, profiles or sessions.
- ☐ If you need a registered Consent Manager under the DPDP Rules, have you checked the vendor's registration status yourself?
Where Complynz is not the best fit
Complynz is built for Indian organisations that want one DPDP-specific platform. It is not the right choice for every buyer.
- Multinationals standardised on a global privacy suite. If you already run OneTrust, Securiti or TrustArc across many jurisdictions, extending it to India may be simpler than adding a second platform.
- A cookie banner only. If you need only a website cookie banner and consent log, a cookie-focused tool such as CookieYes or Usercentrics, with published pricing, may be enough.
- Network or CASB data-loss prevention. Complynz DLP covers endpoints and email, not network-perimeter or CASB inspection.
- Registered Consent Manager role. This guide does not assess Consent Manager registration under the DPDP Rules. Check the vendor's status yourself if you need that role.
What the public pages say about pricing
Of the 14 platforms here, Complynz, CookieYes and Usercentrics publish list prices. Leegality's Consentin site states a flat monthly fee and a free starter pack without figures. The rest direct buyers to a quote or a requirements form.
Because most enterprise DPDP platforms price by users, visitors, data sources or profiles, compare quotes on the same scope: the same number of systems, websites and Data Principals, and the same modules.
How this maps to the DPDP Act
| Section | Subject | What you must be able to show |
|---|---|---|
| Section 6 | Consent | Free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent, with a record of each consent and as-easy withdrawal. |
| Section 8 | Fiduciary Obligations | Reasonable security safeguards, breach notification to the Board and affected Data Principals, and erasure when the purpose ends. |
| Section 11 | Right to Access | Be able to give a Data Principal a summary of their personal data and the processing done on it. |
| Section 12 | Correction & Erasure | Handle correction, completion, update and erasure requests, including at your processors. |
| Section 13 | Grievance Redressal | A working grievance mechanism with a published way to reach it, before a complaint goes to the Board. |

FAQ
What is the best DPDP compliance platform in India?
It depends on your size and scope. Indian-built full suites such as Complynz, Privy by IDfy, Perfios, miniOrange, KavachOne and Seqrite cover an end-to-end DPDP programme; Digio, Leegality, CookieYes and Usercentrics are consent-focused; OneTrust, Securiti, TrustArc and BigID are global suites that suit multinationals. We publish this guide and list Complynz first for that reason, so use it as a vendor's view and check each vendor's own pages.
How were these 14 DPDP platforms chosen?
We included vendors whose own public pages describe DPDP-relevant capabilities, then summarised what those pages say, with a link and the date checked. We did not test the products or use review sites, and no vendor paid to appear.
Do DPDP platforms publish their prices?
Rarely. Of the 14 here, Complynz, CookieYes and Usercentrics publish list prices. Leegality states a flat monthly fee and a free starter without figures. The others use quotes, so compare them on the same scope.
What is the difference between a consent management platform and a Consent Manager under the DPDP Act?
A consent management platform is software a business uses to collect and record consent. A Consent Manager is a defined role under the DPDP Act and Rules, registered with the Data Protection Board, that lets Data Principals manage their consent across businesses. Check a vendor's registration status directly if you need that role.
Do I need a global platform like OneTrust or Securiti for DPDP?
Not necessarily. Global suites suit multinationals that manage privacy across many jurisdictions. An Indian business with mainly DPDP obligations may be served by an India-focused platform, depending on scope, languages, deployment and budget.
Do I need DLP as well as a DPDP platform?
Section 8 requires reasonable security safeguards, but the DPDP Act does not name a DLP product category. Endpoint, email and network DLP address different risks, so decide based on where your personal data could leak.
How should I compare quotes from DPDP vendors?
Ask each vendor to price the same scope: the same websites, systems, Data Principals and modules. Check what the price scales with (visitors, users, profiles or sessions), what is included in implementation, and the data export and termination terms.

“Our experience so far has been extremely encouraging. The team has demonstrated excellent command over the DPDPA from both legal and implementation perspectives, along with a very structured, pragmatic and technology-driven approach. … Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Complynz as a capable and dependable partner for DPDPA implementation.”
“The team has demonstrated a good understanding of the regulatory requirements while also taking the time to understand our business, technology landscape, and practical implementation challenges. The discussions were practical and helped us move from understanding the requirements toward identifying actionable steps for compliance and implementation.”
